When I was in the throes of menopause at 43 I quickly discovered that most nutrition and exercise programs don't account for the hormonal changes our bodies are going through after 40. Our bodies and hormones are changing and it's vital that we respond appropriately to these changes if we want the best results. My mission is to provide awareness and effective solutions to midlife women so that we can live our strongest, healthiest, most fulfilling years in our second half of life.
