That’s why why I prioritize eating protein no matter where I am, EVEN on vacation. My typical protein goal is around 130g/day but when I travel to try to get a minimum of 100g/day. Here’s how!
The next few tips are to help you hit your protein goal on vacation:
Mix Ultima and Vital Proteins in a bottle of water, shake, and drink with protein packed breakfast.
Ex: 2 eggs and fruit or Greek yogurt and fruit

Order extra protein with lunch.
Ex: Salad with extra grilled chicken, sandwich with double protein

A bar or other protein snack from snack bag.
✨ 14g-20g ✨
Build meal around protein first.
Ex: Steak, baked potato, and roasted veggies or fish with side salad and and toasted veggies
