Most of my clients come to me disappointed and frustrated because they’ve tried every diet out there and nothing seems to work! After years of yo-yo dieting they feel deprived, out of control, and very depleted, with no results to show for it.

Diets don’t work because they don’t teach you anything about nutrition or what your unique needs are!
God created whole food as a natural way to nourish your body. Understanding how to use food to optimize your energy and your metabolism is a much better approach than restricting it by way of dangerous dieting strategies that actually work against you and your body.

Understand that making progress toward your goals doesn’t have to be all or nothing
Feel satisfied and empowered by the foods you’re eating so that you naturally feel more in control and start behaving in ways that are healthy and sustainable long term
Lastly, diets don’t work because they aren’t FUN!
There’s no pleasure in feeling deprived, in fact this extreme and unhealthy restriction of food will leave you feeling even more out of control.
